Balancing the Imbalance

Ayurveda, the ancient most science of living perfect health is not about some medicines or some therapies only but it about how to live a healthy life.

Its pretty simple to understand when anything is in balance then it functions well and when not in balance then the malfunctioning starts….!!  Let’s say, for example wheels of a car ; imagine one of the wheel is too much inflated or goes out of balance then what happens , it basically almost destroy the whole ride and effect the efficiency, mileage, safety and almost everything. Its exactly the same way with Ayurveda , if there is any imbalance in Dosha , Dhatu , Malas or the Srotas of our body  , then the whole bodily functions get disturbed.


The main aim of Ayurveda is to bring back the balance, Yes..Balance the Key to perfect health, and this can be achieved by following the basic principles of Ayurveda, following the daily and seasonal regime, proper timely cleansing of the body and with some herbal preparations.

So altogether if we see then there are three pillars for perfect health which are Food, Sleep and Celibacy and among these if anyone gets disturbed then the imbalance comes which affects the imbalance in Doshas and then further into Dhatus and so on
Ayurveda, as I said is about helping to bring back the BALANCE!!!
